Prototype as a decision tool
A strong prototype does not try to look like a complete product. It turns the central hypothesis into a falsifiable question, chooses only the fidelity needed to test it and reveals the dependencies that deserve investment next.
Different speeds, one discipline
Lag Warfare emerged in roughly two days with one memorable spatial rule. RacketGO closed core action, readability, feedback, continuity and social layers in one week. Water Battle Arena records three milestones—first playable, interaction pass and presentation demo—that make its evolution inspectable.
How I work
I define the question and acceptance signal before building, constrain scope, playtest the smallest honest slice and close with evidence: continue, adjust or stop. From Prototype to Playable MVP explains the method; RacketGO: One Week to Close the Loop shows its production sequence.
